A 45 minute massage for treatment of an injury or restriction associated with performance of sport or daily activity. Done with workout clothes on. May include stretching, resistance stretching, deep tissue, dynamic cupping and other modalities.
A 60 or 90 minute massage that includes a short assessment of tension patterns with palpation and passive motion. The massage will address the tension patterns found using cupping, deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, stretching and other massage modalities to relax those tension patterns. The whole body will be addressed but the whole body may not be massaged.
